The Lawrence Technological University men's basketball team was leading the Feb. 2 game at Siena Heights University until the Saints tied it at 41-41 at 13:11 in the second half. From there, the game slipped away from LTU as the Saints took control and cruised to a 71-57 victory.

On Jan. 30, the Lawrence Technological University and Davenport University men's basketball teams played an evenly matched game until the Panthers grabbed the lead for good at 16:22 in the first half with a score of 12-9. From there Davenport, ranked number one in the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference and  ninth in the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics' Division II standings, treated Panther fans to an 82-57 victory.

Lawrence Technological University welcomed the Cornerstone University Golden Eagles to the Don Ridler Field House on Jan. 28. Receiving votes for the top 25 in the country, Cornerstone defeated an injury-riddled Blue Devil squad, 69-45.

Lawrence Technological University was in a seesaw battle with the University of Northwestern Ohio in the first half of the Jan. 26 men's basketball game. Twice the visiting Blue Devils were up by seven points. However, the Racers began to pull away late in the half and eventually won the game, 84-50.
